Welcome to Corevex Templates (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions and End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of all digital products purchased from https://corevextemplates.com/ (“Website”).
By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any of our digital templates, tools, or materials (“Products”), you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree, do not use or purchase our Products.
1. GENERAL TERMS

All products sold on our Website are digital goods delivered electronically.
No physical items will be shipped.
1.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your purchase details and download links. You agree not to share, publish, or redistribute your files.
1.3 Updates
We may update or improve products at our discretion. Purchases may include free updates depending on the specific product listing.
2. LICENSE GRANT
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Product for your personal or internal business use only.
You do NOT own the product — you are purchasing a license to use it.
3. PERMITTED USES
You MAY:

4. PROHIBITED USES
You MAY NOT:

- Claim the product or its design as your own.
- Upload the product to the internet, cloud drives, or marketplaces for public access.
Any violation of these terms will result in immediate license termination.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All Products, including designs, layouts, formulas, structures, and documentation, are the intellectual property of Corevex Templates and protected under applicable copyright and IP laws.
Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership to you.
6. PAYMENT & ORDER PROCESSING
6.1 Currency
All prices are displayed in PHP unless otherwise stated.
6.2 Payment Processing
We use third-party processors such as Xendit to securely handle payments.
By purchasing, you agree to their terms and privacy policies.
7. REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of our products:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
Please review product descriptions and previews carefully before purchasing.
Refunds will only be considered if:
- You were charged twice for the same item, or
- You received a corrupted or non-functioning file and support cannot fix it.
8. DELIVERY OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS
After successful payment, download links or files will be delivered to:
- The email you provided
- Or your Website account dashboard (if applicable)
If you do not receive your file within 24 hours, you must contact us immediately.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Corevex Templates shall not be liable for:
- Loss of data, profits, or business
- Errors resulting from user modification
- Incompatibility with your device or software
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
10. SUPPORT
We provide basic support for issues related to:
- Broken or missing files
- Download problems
- Product bugs or errors
Support does not include customization requests or template editing.
11. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to revoke your license if you:
- Violate any part of this Agreement
- Engage in unauthorized sharing, selling, or distribution
- Attempt to misuse or illegally exploit our products
12. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
