All items available on Corevex Templates are digital products (such as templates, digital files, or design assets).
Because digital items are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned, all sales are final.
Once your purchase has been completed and the digital product has been downloaded or accessed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
2. No Refunds or Cancellations
By purchasing a digital product from our website, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You gain immediate access to the file(s) after payment.
- You waive your right to request a refund or cancellation once the digital content has been delivered.
- Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as, but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchase
- Lack of software compatibility or user skill
- Failure to download or access files due to personal device issues
3. File Access Issues
If you encounter any technical issues accessing or downloading your files, contact us immediately at support@corevextemplates.com.
We’ll be happy to help resolve any delivery or access problems so you can successfully receive your purchase.
4. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and include proof of both transactions. We will conduct a thorough review of your case, which may take 3–5 business days to complete.
If verified as a duplicate order, we may offer a different digital product of equal value, depending on availability, in lieu of the duplicate purchase. NOTE: As this was not due to an error on our end, substitutions are provided at our discretion and subject to product availability.
5. Product Descriptions and Compatibility
Before purchasing, please review all product descriptions, previews, and compatibility requirements carefully.
We ensure all digital files are tested and delivered as described. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify that the product is suitable for their intended use and compatible with the device they will be using.
6. Unauthorized Distribution
Redistribution, reselling, or sharing of any digital product purchased from Corevex Templates is strictly prohibited.
Violations of this policy may result in legal action and permanent loss of access to purchased materials.
